In the unlikely case of a faulty or defective system that has to be sent to iks for repair, please observe the following:


  • Call iks at +49 7202 941193 and request a returned merchandise number (RMA)
  • Enclose the RMA number and an as exact a description of the fault as possible in the returning package. Repairs cannot be carried out without a description of the fault.
  • Enclose a copy of the invoice or till receipt for the defective unit (max. 5 years after purchase date); repairs under guarantee cannot be carried out without this.
  • Please state your telephone number and e-mail address in case we have to contact you.
  • If the system to be repaired is one with our 24-hour Repair Service, please stick the sheet enclosed in the system's original box on to the outside of the returning package.
  • Please affix sufficient stamps to the package and send it off to iks (for organisational reasons, packages without sufficient postage cannot be accepted)


If you observe these instructions, we can assure you that your repair will be carried out quickly and smoothly.
