In the unlikely case of a faulty or defective system
that has to be sent to iks for repair, please observe the following:
- Call iks at +49 7202 941193 and request a returned merchandise number (RMA)
- Enclose the RMA number and an as exact a description of the fault as possible
in the returning package. Repairs cannot be carried out without a description
of the fault.
- Enclose a copy of the invoice or till receipt
for the defective unit (max. 5 years after purchase date); repairs
under guarantee cannot be carried out without this.
- Please state your telephone number and e-mail address in case we have
to contact you.
- If the system to be repaired is one with our 24-hour Repair Service,
please stick the sheet enclosed in the system's original box on to
the outside of the returning package.
- Please affix sufficient stamps to the package and send it off to iks
(for organisational reasons, packages without sufficient postage cannot
